All orders automatically come with tracking and these details will be emailed to you once your order has been packed. Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Our business days are Monday - Friday. We work around the clock to be ahead of this schedule and process orders as quickly as possible. During the holiday season, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change an order, please email service@ pupiloves.com ASAP with the order # and details.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
